Mon, Apr 28FlagstaffA 10 week class to prepare you and your partner for giving birth at the hospital or at home. You will learn what to expect in the process, learn tools for being more relaxed and confident as the birthing person and as the support and learn about your options at your birthing place. 250$ per couple
Time is TBDRecording of eventAre you interested in becoming a doula? Wondering what its like to be a doula before you dive into signing up for a training or starting your business? This workshop is for people new or interested in the doula field. Ask questions and learn from an experienced doula. Cost $15.00
Time is TBDZoom live2 week class, 1 hour per class. $100.00. A quick class to help support people feel confident in their role. Learn tools to help manage discomfort, stress and fear and allow birth to progress. Learn tips on what to do and say and how to keep yourself energized and positive.
